Why buy the steak, when you can own the cow?
Local Meat Club Members OWN the livestock that provide their steaks, bacon, and raw milk. The difference of ownership means lower costs for higher quality products, a true relationship with our agisters (herd caretakers) and processors, and most importantly, removing the middle man of government.
The government cannot stop an owner from consuming their own livestock or any byproduct from their livestock. This means, pandemic restrictions cannot interfere with us delivering your orders to you.

One of the benefits of membership is an ownership interest in the Local Meat Club's herd of dairy cattle. As a benefit of ownership, we deliver raw milk and dairy products to our members twice weekly.
