Our raw honey comes directly from our own hives, surrounded by organically managed pasture where bees forage among clover, wildflowers, and the diverse plants growing across the land. Healthy pasture creates healthy forage—and that gives our bees the raw materials to produce rich, flavorful honey.
Unlike commercial honey that may be heated, heavily filtered, or refined, our honey is kept raw and unprocessed. It retains its natural crystalline structure, along with the character and complexity that come from the flowers and plants our bees visit.
