Olives are harvested at the peak of ripeness (Nov 1st)  and stone ground using a traditional stone press. This preserves the nutritional integrity and the pure, unrivaled taste.
 
This oil has been imported from the mountains of Lebanon (Aley Region) exclusively for our club by a fellow member and caretaker of the land.
