Below are several screen shots that show the two ways that Local Meat Club's End Users consent to receive SMS Messages.
Opt in Option 1: Checkbox during Checkout Process.
End Users Opt in to receive Informational/Transactional SMS messages and Marketing SMS messages (separately) by Check Box during the CheckOut process at localmeatclub.com. Every member has the opportunity to opt in after they have inputed their Delivery Details. The checkbox is not pre selected and selection is not required to complete checkout.

Opt in Option 2: Checkbox on Onboarding/ Interest Form for Delivery Drivers
End Users Opt in to receive Informational/Transactional SMS messages by checking the "Opt In to Transactional/Information SMS Communication" box. This opt in is a part of our "Become a Delivery Driver" interest/Onboarding form. This form is accessible through the "Become a Delivery Driver" link located in the footer of www.localmeatclub.com. Drivers have the opportunity to opt in after they input their contact information.
The checkbox is not pre selected and selection is not required to complete checkout.
