The Local Meat Club is a private, member-based association built around that older idea:
ownership instead of consumption, coordination instead of commerce.
We are not a grocery store, and we are not open to the public. We exist to help members privately own livestock and coordinate the care, processing, and allocation of food derived from animals they already own.
